How do you design your lab for function...and keep it inexpensive

Your laboratory bench does not need to be expensive to be functional. The more lab storage areas you have in the lab, the more STUFF you are going to store, as in store away, as in never to be seen again. I've seen things...unidentifiable things, stored in cabinets that not even the owner knew was there. And Fume Hoods are notorious for being gross storage areas for chemicals that people don't know what to do with and are too afraid to dispose of. Some things even glow like Superman's Kryptonite, maybe that's why we never see Superman in the Lab.

Back to the inexpensive and functional issue. Science tables can be the most inexpensive way to set up a lab. You can move them in the future to rearrange the lab and you can add cabinets under them for storage of laboratory equipment as the budget allows. You can make them mobile on wheels, adjust the height up or down in case you are like the Shaq and need a tall table. I don't recommend used tables because frankly....I want to sell you ours.

Let us help you design your layout and you will be happy you did.
